Sentient is a small but highly competent independent firm. Our focus is Electric Control Units for steering and complete vehicle control. Our products target both passenger cars and heavy vehicles. Blueprint Steering has been in production at a major truck OEM since 2013. Our team is built on expertise, curiosity and a passion for technology.

Key responsibilities:
You have an engineering background, passion for technology together with an outspoken willingness to adapt to Sentient’s Way of Working as well as a proven track record in project management within the automotive industry.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and facilitating the development of safety-critical automotive applications, working closely with the project team and customers. Your responsibility is to ensure smooth project execution—keeping timelines, milestones and costs on track—while enabling the team to contribute their expertise in the most effective way.
Every team member plays an active role in shaping solutions. Your ability to create an environment that encourages collaboration and shared problem-solving will be essential to our success.

We are looking for someone who thrives on finding solutions to highly complex challenges, never afraid to try out new ideas in search of innovation and takes pride in delivering outstanding products.
You qualify if you have:
• Master’s degree or similar in engineering with at least 3 years of documented experience in project management
• Autonomy, drive and ability to work in a team are key abilities
• Experience with APQP methods and requirements
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Ability to manage & support multiple activities (time management skills)
