We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Electronic Hardware Engineer to join our small, highly skilled team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of electronic design and layout of PCBs for safety-critical automotive systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and compliance. Your designs will go directly into vehicles, where they make a real difference to driving safety and performance.

Your Mission
- Design electronics and PCB layouts for safety-critical automotive systems.
- Verify and validate designs to ensure they function as intended, are robust, and comply with automotive safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.
You Bring
- A solid engineering background with proven experience in PCB design and layout.
- Knowledge of safety-critical design principles and an understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 26262, EMC/EMI compliance).
- Experience in verifying and validating hardware designs to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to colleagues and customers without deep hardware expertise.
- A collaborative spirit and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Curiosity, creativity, and drive to continuously improve both yourself and the products you work on.
- Familiar with Altium Designer.
